Office space in Bloomsbury available

A 6 desk space has become available in the charity office shared by Collective Voice and Adfam. We would love for people with a complementary mission to join us and build a hub of like-minded organisations.

Great location — a couple of minutes' walk into historic Bloomsbury with green space, cafes. Five minutes’ walk to Kings Cross stations.

Pleasant office — loads of windows (and hence light!), air con units, tea/coffee space with fridge, microwave, toaster. All office furniture is provided. Some storage space.

YMCA building — with delicious vegan Indian cafe (good for informal meetings), Pilates and yoga classes and large studio, board room and two smaller meeting rooms all available for separate hire.

Flexible contract — notice period of three months for maximum flexibility. Super flexible hot-desk type contracts plus a more fixed contract covering use of IT/phone ports both available at around £1350–1400 per month (6 desks, including all bills). This space could suit an organisation of between 6 and 13 people — 6 desks can be currently used whilst maintaining physical distancing but there are 13 which can be used in more normal times. Desks also available on thier own.

Covid19 measures include temperature taking and hand-gel at reception.
